EPA Formally Obligates $27 Billion In IRA Community Clean Energy Grants

EPA has formally obligated all $27 billion from its Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GHGRF) -- the massive Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) program that seeks to leverage private funding for community-level clean energy projects -- a move that would likely make it difficult for a future Republican-led Congress to rescind the funding.
