FERC Floats Third Transmission Proposal As Glick Prepares To Depart

The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is floating its third proposal this year to ease deployment of transmission projects considered critical for integrating clean energy, with the latest plan clarifying the agency’s power to second-guess states’ veto of projects in national corridors, in line with the 2021 infrastructure law.
