Groups Seek Clarifications For IRS Clean Energy Tax Credit Guidance

Renewable energy and other groups are floating a series of requests for the Treasury Department to modify its proposed guidance to directly receive or transfer the Inflation Reduction Act’s (IRA) clean energy tax credits, in an attempt to further ease deployment of low-carbon projects spurred by the law.
