House Panel Backs FY22 EPA, DOI Funds After Rejecting GOP Changes

The House Appropriations Committee has approved a draft fiscal year 2022 funding bill for EPA, the Department of Interior (DOI) and other agencies after turning aside several GOP amendments, highlighting partisan and regional splits over renewable energy, electric vehicles (EVs), mining and other issues linked to climate policy.
