House Panel’s FY22 Bill Report Includes CCS Directives For DOI, EPA

House appropriators in a report accompanying their draft fiscal year 2022 spending legislation are urging EPA, the Interior Department (DOI) and other agencies to advance a variety of activities regarding geologic carbon capture and storage (CCS), both on and offshore.
