Industry Groups Seek To Pause Suits Against Multiple EPA Vehicle Rules

Industry groups are asking an appellate court to suspend suits against three EPA vehicle emissions regulations -- its multi-pollutant standards for model year 2027 and later passenger vehicles, MY23-26 auto greenhouse gas standards, and heavy truck GHG standards -- given Trump administration pledges to reconsider EPA’s vehicle programs.
