Industry Seeks Flexibility In HFC Phasedown For Defense Sprays, Foams

Industry groups are seeking continued flexibility under an EPA rule related to special carveouts in its hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) phasedown program, after officials proposed to remove exceptions for certain defense sprays and boat foams even as HFCs are being broadly curtailed in most other sectors.
