Mid-Atlantic Grid Operator Floats Plan To Ease Limits On Clean Energy

The organization that operates the power grid in the Mid-Atlantic and parts of the Midwest is floating proposed rules that would ease the participation of low-carbon generators in markets intended to secure long-term power supplies, after many states in the region complained a prior policy frustrated their climate goals.
