NAS Launches Study To Refine Lifecycle GHG Reviews Of Biofuels

A National Academy of Sciences (NAS) panel is publicly launching a study to refine lifecycle greenhouse gas analysis (LCA) practices, a crucial issue for determining which biofuels or other low-carbon fuels should be encouraged or required under various federal and state low-carbon fuels programs.
