A natural gas vehicle industry coalition is detailing its legal challenge to California’s landmark 2020 rule requiring truck makers to sell an increasing percentage of zero-emission vehicles (ZEV) beginning in 2024, claiming officials should have provided credits for the sale of natural gas-powered trucks to reduce air pollution in the shorter term.
