NDAA Deal Softens Climate Change Language For DOD Adaptation Strategy

Senate and House conferees have agreed to a defense authorization bill that preserves but walks back provisions of the House-passed version of the legislation that requires the Department of Defense (DOD) to update its “roadmap” for responding to the effects of climate change.
