Public Agencies, Utilities Press CARB For Exemptions From ZEV Fleet Rule

California public agencies and utilities are elevating their push for state air board officials to provide them with broader exemptions and other relief from proposed requirements that fleet operators begin purchasing zero-emission trucks beginning in 2024, arguing a variety of critical rigs they use cannot be replaced with non-emitting models.
