Senate Climate Bill Drops Funds For EPA’s GHG Rules Despite Early Vote

The Senate jettisoned from its recently approved budget reconciliation bill $45 million for EPA to implement over half a dozen Clean Air Act provisions “with respect to greenhouse gases,” despite the fact that the language survived in earlier bill drafts and Democrats voted down a Republican amendment to cut the funding.
