Senate Democrats Urge Infrastructure Review In EPA’s Truck GHG Rule

A half dozen Senate Democrats are urging EPA to include a “regulatory mechanism” in its pending “phase 3” greenhouse gas heavy truck standards that could delay the timing of the requirements should an assessment find that electric and other refueling infrastructure is inadequate.
