States’ Group Shifts From Advocate To Partner As Biden Tackles Climate

A coalition of states that sought to continue momentum for ambitious climate mitigation during the Trump era is now pledging to “partner” with the Biden administration as it tries to re-invigorate federal climate policies and achieve major reductions in greenhouse gases.
