U.S. Outlines Details For Global Carbon Credits To Spur Private Funds

Biden administration officials and two private foundations are outlining additional details of an “Energy Transition Accelerator” (ETA) that would reward decarbonization efforts in developing nations with carbon credits, releasing a set of principles including “high integrity” for verifying that carbon reductions occur.
