USTR Says Climate-Focused Trade Tools Could Spur ‘Race To The Top’

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) believes trade tools offer significant untapped potential for reducing global carbon emissions and plans to address such measures in collaboration with like-minded partners, according to the office’s General Counsel Greta Peisch.
