Youth, Hawaii DOT Reach Landmark Constitutional Climate Settlement

A group of Hawaiian youths and the state’s Department of Transportation (DOT) have inked a “groundbreaking” settlement to resolve the youths’ constitutional climate change lawsuit, a deal that attorneys for the plaintiffs say will spur “transformative changes” in the state’s road, sea and air transportation system.
