5th Circuit schedules oral argument in power plant ELG suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has scheduled oral argument for Oct. 3 in environmentalists' challenge to EPA's 2015 Clean Water Act (CWA) electric utility effluent rule, where environmentalists maintain the agency has failed to justify leaving in place decades-old standards for some forms of wastewater.
