Advocates want more data about EPA civil rights petitions

EPA’s External Civil Rights Compliance Office (ECRCO) has begun publishing lists of petitions it has received to investigate alleged violations of the Civil Rights Act by funding recipients as part of an effort to boost transparency and bolster the office’s work, but advocates say the notices need to be much more detailed.
