Bodine said to be considered for EPA No. 2 slot

Susan Bodine, the former Bush-era EPA waste chief and current chief counsel for the Senate Environment & Public Works Committee (EPW), is said to be under consideration for the still vacant slot as EPA deputy administrator, even though another former committee staffer was believed to have won the slot. Bodine returned to EPW in January to serve as its top lawyer under Chairman John Barrasso (R-WY), having previously serving in the same position for former chairman Jim Inhofe (R-OK). According...
