California: GHG bill 'codifies' LCFS, supporters say

Alternative fuel companies and environmentalists say that a little-noticed section of California's recently approved landmark bill to extend the state's greenhouse gas cap-and-trade program to 2030 would also "codify" the state's low-carbon fuel standard (LCFS), presumably protecting it from potential repeal by a future governor.
