Carper, Capito unveil new slates for EPW

Senate Environment & Public Works Committee Chairman Tom Carper (D-DE) and ranking member Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) have announced their parties’ respective committee members for the 118th Congress, with Carper also announcing new subcommittee chairs. Carper named Sen. Alex Padilla (CA) as the new head of the panel on Fisheries, Water & Wildlife. He takes the spot of Sen.
