CBD targets farm emissions in Arizona, Colorado air plans

The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) is suing EPA over its approval of an Arizona air quality plan that the group says fails to control air emissions from farm equipment, and is threatening a lawsuit to force EPA to issue a reconsidered ozone reduction plan for the Denver area that the group says also fails to address agricultural sources.
