Clock starts for lawsuits challenging RFS ‘set’ rule

EPA has published its final “set” rule establishing biofuel blending volumes under the renewable fuel standard (RFS) for 2023 through 2025 in the Federal Register, starting a 60-day clock for parties to sue the agency in federal court, possibly including refiners seeking to reduce volumes, and biodiesel producers seeking to raise them.
