Court continues to delay coal ash rule challenge

A federal court has granted a request from environmentalists to continue holding in abeyance their suit over EPA’s rule governing disposal of coal ash in unlined landfills, further delaying litigation as the groups continue to monitor the agency’s enforcement actions under the rule.
