D.C. Circuit grants second 60-day pause in lead pipe litigation

Circuit has again granted EPA’s unopposed request for a 60-day abeyance in water utilities’ case challenging the Biden-era Lead and Copper Rule Improvements (LCRI), allowing Trump administration officials additional time to decide between defending the rule or asking the court for a remand.
