D.C. Circuit keeps taconite air rule suits on ice

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit is keeping multiple lawsuits challenging EPA air toxics rules for taconite iron ore production in abeyance, but not consolidating them, pending the agency’s decisions on industry petitions for reconsideration that will now likely be decided by the incoming Trump administration.
