D.C. Circuit orders ozone designations report by May 15

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has ordered EPA to report to the court by May 15 on the status of all remaining designations of areas meeting or violating the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS), in a case challenging the agency’s now withdrawn one-year extension of designations.
