D.C. Circuit schedules arguments in ozone NAAQS suit

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit has scheduled oral argument for Dec. 18 in long-delayed litigation over EPA's toughened 2015 federal ozone standard, after the Trump administration recently announced that it would not reconsider the standard as it had indicated it might do.
