Democrats, GOP retain key Energy & Commerce leadership slots

Democrats and Republicans are retaining most of their top lawmakers on key House Energy & Commerce subcommittees in the new Congress, including panels that oversee environment and energy issues, though Republicans have picked a new ranking member on the committee's oversight panel.
