East Coast states oppose lengthy CSAPR litigation delay

Five East Coast states are calling on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit to resist an industry push to delay briefing by four months in litigation over the Obama EPA's updated Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) emissions trading program, urging the court to instead set a faster schedule for the suit.
