Emails show EPA staff opposed Wisconsin ozone designations change

EPA staff opposed the Trump administration’s 2018 decision to sharply limit areas of Wisconsin designated “nonattainment” for federal ozone standards in order to allow development of a major computer parts factory in the state, according to emails released to environmental groups who are suing the agency over the change.
