Environmentalists ask EAB to scrap Arizona gas utility's air permit

Environmentalists are petitioning EPA's Environmental Appeals Board (EAB) to scrap an Arizona county's air permit granted to a natural gas-fired power plant for installation of liquid fuel engines, claiming the permit is not “enforceable,” but the plant's operator and the county are fighting the case.
