Environmentalists drop litigation over Trump SEP policy

The Conservation Law Foundation (CLF) and The Surfrider Foundation are dropping their litigation over the Trump administration’s policy prohibiting the use of supplemental environmental projects (SEPs) in environmental enforcement settlements, after the Biden administration terminated the ban.
