Environmentalists petition EPA to promulgate Idaho WQC

Following a series of missed deadlines, an Oregon environmental group is petitioning EPA to comply with years-old requirements to strengthen multiple water quality criteria (WQC) in Idaho waters in order to protect listed species, asking the agency to quickly agree to their petition and promulgate the new standards within one year.
