Environmentalists seek more time to comment on CEQ GHG guide

A coalition of environmental and public interest groups are asking the White House Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) to extend the comment period by two months on its proposed guidance for how agencies should consider climate change under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA).
