Environmentalists sue EPA to force action on ozone plans

The Center for Biological Diversity and Center for Environmental Health are suing EPA to force the agency to issue findings that states failed to supply required ozone mitigation plans for major metropolitan areas including New York, Chicago and Dallas-Fort Worth, determinations that would start a two-year clock toward direct federal regulation.
