Environmentalists sue EPA to force waste combustors review

Environmentalists are suing EPA in a federal district court, claiming the agency has failed to discharge a “non-discretionary duty” to review its air regulations for large municipal waste combustors every five years, just weeks after they filed a rare request seeking to enforce an appeals court remand requiring EPA to review the rules.
