Environmentalists sue EPA over California, Pennsylvania PM plans

The Center for Biological Diversity (CBD) and Center for Environmental Health are suing EPA to force the agency to take action to reduce fine particulate matter (PM2.5) levels in California and Pennsylvania, asking a federal district court to set deadlines for the agency to act on the states’ air quality plans and attainment of standards.
