Environmentalists sue EPA over SO2 SIP failures

Three environmental groups are suing EPA alleging the agency violated the Clean Air Act by failing to ensure portions of Michigan and Maryland have effective state plans for meeting sulfur dioxide (SO2) ambient air quality standards.
