EPA advisors approve report on emerging transportation issues

An EPA advisory panel has approved wide-ranging draft recommendations for what the agency should consider in response to changing transportation trends, including a possible zero emissions vehicle (ZEV) efficiency standard, a low carbon fuels standard and new lifecycle analysis for electric vehicles.
