EPA announces another settlement over defeat devices

EPA has inked another consent decree with two diesel engine companies accused of using “defeat devices” to bypass mandated emission controls, Thunder Diesel & Performance Company and Red Deer Exhaust, Inc., doing business as Flo-Pro Performance Exhaust.
