EPA is defending its 2018 renewable fuel standard (RFS) from diverse legal attacks from refiners, environmentalists and biofuels producers in consolidated litigation set that will again test the agency's discretion to set fuel volumes against biofuel groups' claims they are too low, and refiners' and environmentalists' claims they are too high.
