EPA Deputy General Counsel Marianne Engelman-Lado has received a partial waiver from ethics requirements outlined in a recent executive order by President Joe Biden, allowing her to continue to work on pesticides and toxic issues involving her former client the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).
