EPA downplays high court CWA ruling's impact on ELG rule suit

EPA is countering environmentalists' effort to expand the impact of the recent Supreme Court decision sending suits over Clean Water Act (CWA) jurisdiction to district courts, arguing in litigation over an Obama-era CWA effluent rule for power plants that the justices' decision is not broad enough to affect that case.
