EPA extends deadline for Wheeler decision on EPA-DOE cleanup fight

EPA is extending indefinitely the deadline for Administrator Andrew Wheeler to resolve a fight between Region 4 and the Energy Department (DOE) over EPA's ability to use its Superfund law authorities to strictly regulate nuclear waste at federal facilities, allowing for review of additional materials DOE is submitting to make its case.
