EPA eyes February for proposing year-round E15 sales waiver

EPA is aiming to release its proposed rule authorizing year-round sale of 15 percent ethanol fuel (E15) by February, an agency spokesman says, with a goal of publishing the final version by June 1. E15 is currently prohibited for sale from June 1 until Sept. 15 due to federal fuel vapor pressure restrictions.
