EPA fighting Wyoming refiner’s bid to reinstate RFS credits

EPA is fighting a lawsuit filed by Sinclair Wyoming Refining aimed at forcing the agency to reinstate renewable fuel standard (RFS) compliance credits for 2018, which the company says EPA must return after wrongly denying Sinclair an RFS waiver.
