EPA finds no 'residual' air toxics risk from coatings sectors

EPA is proposing to leave air toxics rules for three industry sectors largely unchanged after conducting Clean Air Act-mandated risk and technology reviews (RTRs) to determine any lingering health threats from emissions stemming from surface coating of large appliances, surface coating of metal furniture, and fabric and textile coatings.
